BUK Remedial Science Program Application Form 2024/2025

College of Natural and Pharmaceutical Sciences (CNPS), Bayero University Kano is inviting applications from qualified applicants for admission into Remedial Science Program 2024/2025 Academic Session.

 

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum of 5 O-level CREDITS in relevant science subjects including English and Mathematics in not more than two sittings.

2. Minimum of 3 O-level CREDITS but must remedy the deficient credits before absorption into a degree program.

 

ABSORPTION REQUIREMENTS

• Admitted candidates who passed the remedial program, possess FIVE O-level credits including Mathematics and English and obtain the BUK minimum UTME points shall be absorbed into a
  degree program.

• Candidates who passed the remedial program but missed the minimum UTME JAMB score could also be absorbed subject to waiver from JAMB.

 

VALIDITY OF THE RESULT

• Candidates program result shall be valid for 2 admission session successful students who couldn’t provide the required O-level results Credits or UTME requirements.

 

NATURE OF THE REMEDIAL PROGRAM

• The remedial program is for one Academic Session and will be free of any interruption.

 

COMMENCEMENT

• The program will commence in 2024/2025 session and successful students who met all the conditions and requirements will be eligible admission into Degree programme in the 2025/2026 Session.

 

APPLICATION FEE

• Non-refundable application fee of N5,000 for the online application form
